5th Annual Concerto Winners Concert
March 20th is at 3:30 pm at Suntree United Methodist Church.
It is a FREE concert with the donation of canned food for the "Orchestras Feeding America" national food drive.
Featuring Concerto winners:
David Sotelo, Cello
Esha Bansal, Violin
Michelangelo Romano, Clarinet
Guest Conductor: Mr. Joe Kreines

MARCH 21st is BRING A FRIEND Day!

We encourage you to bring a musician friend to rehearsal. If your friend auditions and becomes a BSYO member (with paid tuition for at least the first semester) you will receive a 20% discount on your tuition for EACH friend that joins. (i.e. if 3 friends join you receive a 60% discount on tuition.)
In addition to the tuition discount you will also receive a ticket to the year- end concert and $5.00 off your audition fee. Your friend(s) will also receive a ticket to the year-end concert. If your friend chooses to stay for the remainder of this season the tuition will be $50.

Philharmonic Information for Concert

Dress Code for Concert:
Ladies:
- Black dress with sleeves (no bare shoulders or spaghetti straps)
- or Black blouse with sleeves (no bare midriff)
- Black dress pants or black skirt (mid-calf length or longer with no slits)
- Black hose
- Black shoes closed toe, 1 ½" heel or less
Gentlemen:
- Black tuxedo (jacket and pants)
- White long sleeve tuxedo shirt
- Black bowtie
- Black socks and black shoes
Performers please arrange your hair off your face for concerts so we can see your eyes and you can see the music and conductor.
Arrival time:
Philharmonic Orchestra Musicians please arrive DRESSED ready for concert at 1:30 pm.
All Philharmonic musicians will need to bring your own stands. Suntree United Methodist Church does NOT have stands.

Don't forget to order your group pictures from Baldino Studios. Please e-mail me Lourdes@BSYO.us if you need an order form. You have through the month of May to place your orders.
Prices are:
- Option A - 6¾" x 23" archival fine art print coated with UV protector $45
- Option B - 6¾ x 23" archival fine art print coated with UV protector, mounted on hard board, designer wood frame, ready to hang $119
The BSYO will receive 19% of all proceeds for student financial aid scholarships.

Additional BSYO Information

Attendance Policy Reminder
Students should arrive at rehearsals at least 10 minutes prior to a rehearsal and be tuned and ready to play on time. You are late if you are not in your seat, tuned and ready to play, when the rehearsal begins. Three late arrivals/early departures equal one absence.
All absences, early departures or late arrivals should be reported to your orchestra manager and conductor in advance of the rehearsal.
Students, please sign in to rehearsal to avoid being marked absent!
